About Federal Government Advisors

Federal Government Advisors (FGA) is a company based in Tampa, Florida that claims to help businesses win government contracts. They charge substantial fees—typically between $3,000 and $8,000—with promises of securing lucrative government opportunities.

However, numerous clients report that after paying these hefty upfront fees, FGA fails to deliver on their promises. Services such as proposal writing, FEMA registration, marketing materials, and contract opportunities are often inadequate or completely absent.

Many customers have reported difficulties obtaining refunds despite clear violations of their service agreements. When confronted, the company's representatives frequently blame employees, promise to address issues personally, and then fail to follow through.

Consumer Complaints

Complaint Filed with BBB - April 2025

"I agreed to pay for certification and premium solicitation sourcing. I received the assistance service but did not receive the premium sourcing. I contacted the company multiple times and spoke twice to a representative who indicated he would be taking the matter under his wing, but he too failed to deliver. I asked for a refund/cancellation multiple times and was told the accounting department would review but never heard back. I want my refund of $2,995."

Complaint Filed with BBB - October 2024

"We signed a contract with Federal Government Advisors in the amount of $6,995.00. They did not do any work, we did a training for their Smart site, but we never received access to the site. They never created our company profile. We spoke with a representative several times; he loves new business but has no interest in keeping business. It has been a quarter of a year, and we are out the money, with no access and no bids, calls, or emails on potential contracts."

Complaint Filed with BBB - July 2024

"I purchased a package for $6,645.25. I requested a full refund due to their failure to fulfill significant aspects of our agreement. Despite selecting the premium package, no proposal submissions were completed, which violates Section 1(d) of their agreement. The IEO campaign was incomplete, marketing materials were unusable, and I received notification that my business is not registered with FEMA, contrary to the assurances provided during onboarding."

Complaint Filed with BBB - December 2023

"I found FGA online and called them back in December of 2023. I talked with an advisor who sold me a dream. After paying $7,000, I did not hear from him anymore. I was promised help with government contracts, FEMA registration, and a landing page, but these were never fulfilled or correctly done. Twelve months later, I have not received a single government contract. I've requested a refund several months now and was told that I could not receive a refund."

No. There is no cost to join this class action lawsuit. Our attorneys are working on a contingency basis, which means they only get paid if the lawsuit is successful.

What compensation might I receive?

Class action lawsuits can take time to resolve, typically ranging from several months to a few years. We are committed to moving the process forward as efficiently as possible while still ensuring the best outcome for all participants.
